First sketches and ideas.
The brief was to create a crazy Indie band with a unique style. Most of our inspiration came from "Gogol Bordello" band, a bunch of crazy dudes singing gypsy/punk songs with a very heavy Russian accent.
The director didn't want to use CG characters, but to create puppets and shoot them on set. It was the first time we got the chance to design "Low tech" characters and it was a really exiting experience for us.
